# Нажмите на пункт "Язык".
# Выберите нужный язык со списка.
# Язык будет изменен сразу же, без необходимости перезапуска приложение. 
* Заметим, что если выбрано "По умолчанию", язык приложения станет таким же, как в ваших системных настройках; если такого языка в приложении нет, то оно переключится на английский.<br />

* В приложении есть 3 темы - Светлая, Темная и Черная. Для переключения тем перезапуск приложения не требуется. Переключение темы обычно занимает 0,5-1,5 секунды.
* Черная тема, доступная в [[Special:MyLanguage/Guru_version|Гуру версии]], очень экономно использует заряд батареи, что особенно актуально для экранов AMOLED.
# Нажмите на пукт "Тема".
# Выберите нужную.<br />
* Заметьте, можно включить "Ночной режим" во вкладке "Опции", и тема будет моментально изменена на "Темную". Если же "Ночной режим" выключить, то тема вновь станет "Светлой".

=== <span id="Screen_during_training">Экран во время тренировки</span> ===
Можно задать поведение экрана во время тренировок. Для этого есть 5 вариантов: 
* По умолчанию: приложение не препятствует вашим системным настройкам - если экран должен погаснуть за 10 секунд бездействия, так же будет и во время тренировки;
* Включен все время: экран не погаснет во время занятий дыхательными практиками. Это может быть очень полезным, если [[Special:MyLanguage/breathing_gymnastics|дыхательная гимнастика]] - относительно новое для вас занятие, так как вам не придется раздражаться из-за гаснущего во время тренировки экрана;
* Отключить сразу же: экран погаснет немедленно, после старта тренировки. Это хороший вариант, если вам не нужно смотреть на [[Special:MyLanguage/Settings_tab#Training_chart|график тренировки]], и вполне комфортно быть ведомым лишь звуками.
* Анимированная яркость в течении цикла: яркость экрана зависит от фазы цикла. Яркость при этом может быть описана таким же графиком, что и для [[Special:MyLanguage/Sounds_tab#Diverse_pitch_2|разной высоты звука межфазных переходов]]. Это особенно удобно в темной комнате - можно просто смотреть во время тренировки на потолок для ориентирования смены фаз в течении тренировки.
* Анимированная яркость в течении фазы: экран становится ярче с начала и до середины фазы, и темнее - с середины и о конца. Это так же удобно для практики в темном помещении.<br />

You can change the chart of statistics shown in [[Special:MyLanguage/Progress_tab|Progress tab]] and [[Special:MyLanguage/Health_tab|Health tab]].

* The default training chart type is a "Bar" chart.

# Tap on a phase (or "repose cycle" or "training progress bar") which color you'd like to change.
# Choose the color that you'd like. You can also play with the slider bar for choosing the right hue.
# Once you are satisfied, press "OK".
* Note that the visual indicators of [[Special:MyLanguage/Dynamic_tab#Use_diverse_breath_methods|breath methods]] and [[Special:MyLanguage/chants|chants]] have the same background color as the corresponding phase.
* If you feel messed up with the colors, you can always [[Special:MyLanguage/Settings_tab#Reset_the_settings|reset those settings]].<br />

Set the components of your notification area in Prana Breath, using the following options:
# Turn on "With time" switch (it's green when switched on), and you'll be able to see how much time and how many cycles left till the end of your training. 
# Turn on "With progress bar" switch (it's also green when switched on), and you'll be able to see the declining progress bar for the current phase.<br />

If you have this switch turned on, you help us a lot, as it allows us to understand what are the weak places of the app, where we should look for the bugs, and what features you use the most. Again, we don't collect any of personal data, according to our [[Special:MyLanguage/Prana_Breath_Privacy_Policy|Privacy Policy]], but if you're not comfortable with that, you can turn this switch off.

* If you don't like something that you've set in this tab and don't remember how it was before, or just want to go back to initial settings, you can always reset the settings in this tab.
